Generally speaking, a physiotherapist looks at the bigger picture. Physiotherapist will aim to stop it from happening again.

Chiropractors principally deal with the position of your bones and take the view that all of your injuries are caused by a misalignment of usually the spinal column. It is very common for us all to work together.

That is all depend on the nature of your injury. Our aim is to return you to full fitness as quickly and as safely as possible. We will be in a better position to answer this following your initial assessment. An acute/early phase injury may require one or two visits in a short period of time. At Pro Fusion Rehab, our massage therapists prefer to uncovers the area of your body being worked on during the session at a time; however they follow proper massage draping protocol.  It is necessary to use draping (towel, sheet or clothing) to cover the private areas in every massage session, either the patient has underwear on or not.

Ultimately it is up to the patients what they want to wear, and what they are most comfortable with. As registered massage therapists, that is our fundamental goal, to have massage therapy in comfort.

It is normal to feel your muscle temporarily tired or heavy after massage, similar to how they feel after a workout. Few patients might feel dizzy, flu like or complain of headache. It may due to lowering in blood pressure after a massage. If you already have low blood pressure symptom before the session, you should inform the therapist and follow the advice from her/him.

In addition, some patients feel cold after massage session as the massage has encouraged blood to flow near the surface of the skin causing heat loss. During the treatment; blankets, towels or heating pad could be provided to prevent you feeling cold,
