Pro Fusion Rehab is located inside the Pickering Medical Centre at 1885 Glenanna Road, Unit 112 — right at the Glenanna Road and Liverpool Road intersection. We sit directly across from the Pickering City Centre and steps from Pickering City Hall, putting the clinic at the heart of downtown Pickering and an easy drive from anywhere in the Durham Region.
Free parking is available in the medical building’s own lot, so there is no need to hunt for street space — the treatment room is just steps from your car.

What to Expect at Our Pickering Physiotherapy Clinic
Our Pickering location has served the local community since March 2011. We also offer Saturday appointments from 9:00 to 5:00, which are not available at our Milton clinic. Our complete Pickering service menu includes physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, custom foot orthotics and bracing, shockwave therapy, TMJ treatment, and osteopathy.
Your first appointment runs 30 to 45 minutes and covers a physical assessment, a review of your health history and a treatment plan you leave with. Pickering has been treating patients since March 2011, and with six clinicians on site most people are assessed and treated without being referred elsewhere.

- Osteopathy on site — a registered osteopathic practitioner works from this clinic, the only one of our two locations that offers it.

- Appointments — same-day slots are held for urgent cases and the usual wait is two days or less.
- Hours — Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00; closed Sundays.

What to Expect During Your 1st Physiotherapy Appointment In Pickering
Your first appointment at our Pickering clinic lasts 45 minutes. The session includes a thorough physical assessment, a discussion about your health history, and the creation of an initial treatment plan. Our clinicians educate you on your condition so you understand the steps involved in your recovery. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area of concern. Please bring your health card, a piece of photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant medical imaging reports.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete intake paperwork. Free parking is available in the medical building’s own lot on Glenanna Road, and the clinic entrance is just steps away.

Insurance and Payment
Direct billing is available to most major insurers. Motor vehicle accident claims and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board claims can also be billed directly, as can Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) claims. If your specific insurer is not on our direct-billing list, we provide you with a receipt to claim through your extended health benefits after you pay. If you do not have extended health coverage, self-pay options are available. Contact us for current rates regarding out-of-pocket visits.

Where is the Pickering clinic located and is parking available?
Our Pickering clinic is located at 1885 Glenanna Road, Unit 112, Pickering ON L1V 6R6. Free parking is available directly outside our building on Glenanna Road for all patients.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?
A medical referral is not required for physiotherapy or our other services. However, some extended health insurance plans require a doctor’s note for reimbursement.
Are same-day appointments available?
Yes, in most cases. We keep same-day slots for urgent injuries and the usual wait is two days or less. Call 905-492-2577 in the morning and we will tell you what is open that day.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Direct billing is available to most major insurers. We submit the claim on your behalf when your insurance provider permits electronic submission.
What languages are spoken by the staff at the Pickering clinic?
Our team works in English, and appointments are also available in American Sign Language, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Filipino and French. Tell us at booking which language you need and we will match you with a clinician who speaks it.
How long is the first appointment?
Your first appointment lasts 30 to 45 minutes. This allows adequate time for history taking, physical testing, and initial treatment planning.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, is billed at the full rate of the visit that was held for you. The same 24-hour rule covers physiotherapy, massage therapy and acupuncture.
Are your services covered by OHIP?
Physiotherapy is not covered by OHIP for most adults. Some seniors and specific OHIP-funded programs may qualify, so please contact us to check eligibility.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. Our Pickering clinic is open Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Sundays.
